Our replace pictures have arrived and although FedEx did their best to damage them again, your careful inner packaging kept them in perfect condition. I happily mounted one this morning and my office looks great! Now when I see this, not only will I be tempted need of my daughter who bought the print for me, but you folks as well. There is a lot of love and care in this picture.

K. and D., | Hi, just a suggestion I do really like your printing, maybe the customer could be told in advance that the lead time will not be 1-2 days but 10 days. I know lead times can vary that\'s fine but almost 2 weeks before it\'s shipped? I would still have submitted the order but I would have had the most urgent print done locally.Next time I need it within 2 weeks I\'ll pay fexpress shipping but it looks like it still would have taken 10 days before shipping.

Philip Dunn, Pickering | I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.
